3. Acceptable use

Only upload documents you have the right to process.
Do not use the Service unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
Do not resell or provide the Service to third parties except as permitted by your plan.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the documents you upload and the dashboards generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your uploaded documents to train third-party foundation models.

5. AI-assisted output

The Service uses AI and may produce inaccuracies. Outputs are AI-assisted and require human review before use. You are responsible for verifying all figures, dates, penalties and other information against the source documents before relying on them. The Service does not provide legal, financial or professional advice.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by RFQ-Intel and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other intellectual property except as needed to use the Service.

7. Fees

Where a paid plan applies, fees, billing frequency and taxes will be set out in your order or plan. Prices shown on the website are indicative until confirmed in a written order.

8. Confidentiality

We treat the documents you upload as confidential and apply access controls and encryption to protect them, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RFQ-Intel will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the [12] months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law.
